Ridiculous **** FICA Selfie Photo Request

I have a FICA approved account since August 2023 which only required a clear id picture and proof of residence to be a customer to gamble and make deposits and winning withdrawals which was all great until a customer service agent from wsb personally victimized me because of my ***uality and decided to make ******** excuses to cancel a withdrawal i made from funds i deposited and un FICA my account and request a ridiculous required FICA terms of taking a selfie with your hand next to your face holding your id and says it's part of the terms and conditions but it's funny to not see this mentioned on any of their platforms under the term's and conditions of FICA requirements but demands me to be obligated to adhere to this ******** code of conduct which is not available for all public to see and be randomly asking for such ridiculous confirmation...my deposit is my own money not won from any of their promotions or free bonus bet winnings which obviously requires certain obligations of wagering before requesting a withdrawal for him to withhold refunding me. I requested to have my account closed and someone in their complaints department to assist in refunding me since all the time they have been enjoying my business and making my withdrawals when I won but now I am no longer FICA savy and I am not getting my own money back all because I don't use the number i registered when opening the account but all the time they allowed me Access to this account to deposit, gamble and withdraw finds but all of a sudden im no FICA compliant but my money is accepted to gamble just not withdraw. I asked for confirmation to close the account and a formal letter rejecting my refund and false reasons for this using hidden terms and conditions that isn't on the website and doesn't even fall in line with regulations from the FICA compliance requirements. I have proof of my purchase of funds i bought to deposit and I will glady provide should it also become a issue
