Poor service and communication via whatsapp
I use a smartphone to play online betting and i mistakenly clicked on a wrong soccer match, i nicely amd clearly asked for help to cancel or reverse the betting and i was aksed to wait for a moment and i explained thag the game i want to bet on starts in 30 minutes but 2 hours later i am still waiting and my team won while i couldn't bet on it.

However as odds change constantly, bets cant bee cancelled in most instances. This is an international standard rule to avoid bets cancelled when markets move. Unfortunately that rule will always apply.
