Poor Service

I placed an Bet within the last 2 months and forgot about it. When i remembered today and wanted to go look what happened. I went in under my profile and tried to find it. It was nowhere even when i pulled a statement for the last 6 months. I started an online Help Chat with Ntombi and told her about my problem she said one moment we spoke for 2-3 minutes and she told me to do what i exactly told her i did do but doesnt work. Waited for 20min online and she doesnt come back to me. So i cancelled the Help chat. That is pathetic and disgusting service. I will never use this site ever again and will make sure to tell everyone who asks me about sportsbetting to NOT use this site EVER.
