Poor service

Since Friday I tried to update my details. On their side they are updated but on my side my profile is blank, Ive been calling without any help, I WhatsApped them my screenshot but still no help, I have email them no single response. Trying to make a withdrawal it says in sufficient funds honestly I don't know very disappointed
