POOR pathetic service

I have never ever experienced so horrible service in my life like what I'm currently experiencing from the time I opened an account I've been struggling and having endless problems. The service over the chat group sucks an entire day they can't seem to resolve a simple voucher deposit I've never ever experienced this POOR service ever I honestly wish nobody else has to ever experience what I'm experiencing its horrible
