Poor Customer service

The service is the worst I have experienced so far . I tried to do a credit card deposit and it didn't work because they just upgraded there system. Then I bought a R200 1voucher and loaded it but still nothing. When I try contacting the company, they told me to use ther WhatsApp number. I sent them all my details at 15.30 . And this is the msg I got back at 3am Greetings, please note that 1voucher is currently closed. May you kindly come back after 08:00am for us to contact them for assistance

Saturday I tried contacting them and then I get a msg like this Saturday night at 21:05

So they don't want to help me during the day , they come after hours and say they can't help .

So from Thursday night I am still waiting for my money and it's now Sunday. After I receive my money I will never bet with this site again .

Please don't ever use this side , biggest mistake you will make .
