Please help me get back my voucher

Yesterday i deposited R50 ott voucher and it was redeemed on my world sport betting account but it does not reflect, i chatted with 4 of their agents who all failed to help me with my quirey, i then emailed them and one of their agents told me to refresh my account it will reflect but the is still nothing on my account.Please help.
