Pethatic service

From the day I started taking up the poor service with the management team, they are trying to get rid of me as a customer. One of the mangers was always rude and aggressive. They put a block on my refunds last week until I had to fight my case.

They run a loyalty program and they have now excluded me from this program without providing a valid reason.

Shocking service for an organisation that claim to be the best.
