Pathetic Service

Ive been trying to FICA my account for the pass 3 weeks , but no response from their FICA department via Whatsapp and on email. Ive sent email after email but all I get is a new ticket no. for every email.. this is the worse service ever....and the worse part is they not giving any feedback whatsoever , they drop the call on me while calling.
