Pathetic client service and broken promises

The worst customer service. They offer an In-play betting option yet it seems when you have a bet and want to secure your bet magically that game seems to be the only bet you can't take. I advised my issue to an agent and got a response that this happens in half time, this is so far from the truth that is. Their agents talk ******* and when I pointed this out I received no response, I have 3 different ticket numbers for my query. I have sent emails to Gauteng Gambling Board and no response. Their Facebook page doesn't allow you to post so what do we really have to combat this absolute ignorance towards clients.

I had a prior issue with WSB in which they sent me a voucher and retracted it because they said it was an error, in my line of business when I make an error that's on me and the client doesn't get a response to say we can't honor what we have given you.

I would advise people to join other betting apps as it seems I am 1 of many that faces so much issues.
