PATHETIC AND ********* SERVICE FROM WORLD SPORTS BETTING. THEY DO NOT VALUE YOUR BUSINESS
This post is to make the public aware about the kind of poor value added services WSB offers to its clients.
The promise and feed you with loyalty vouchers every month has long has the end of the month you lose with them overall. The moment you R10 000 with them they stop considering you a value added client and stop giving you vouchers.
Ive been a client with them for a few years now and stopped reeving loyalty vouchers for around over a year now. no matter how much you deposit or lose with them.
I had brought this up with WSB and was told by their team that the loyalty vouchers where generated by there software algorithm and that there is nothing they can do about with regards to the past or future loyalty vouchers.
I have also commented on their Facebook page regarding this and they very conveniently deleted my posts and blocked me from posting on their page.
Such a ***ard and unprofessional way to deal with a matter like this. Instead of having the decency to contact me has the client and provide and ethical can professional reasoning behind this.
COME ON WORLD SPORTS BETTING. LETS SEE YOU DELETE THIS!!!!!!
My friend has an account with you guys, Plays exactly has i do. He just has not won more than 10k with youlll. But every month he gets a loyalty voucher without fail.
it would be understandable if certain months i do not qualify and then there is certain months that i do qualify. that would be nomal.
it definitely seems like your system is bias to winners on your platform!!!!!
