None Payment.

On the 25 April 2023 I played lightning rolluet, I placed a bet of R10 on a dozen numbers, the ball landed on my winning number with a multiplier of x30. However I only got a payout of R300 and not the x30 payment. I've since contacted world sports betting, they sent me a ticket number and told me to keep it for future references. Friday I followed up, but I got a email saying the ticket unavailable and automatically locked. In the emails they sent me, they say an agent will contact me, but I've not heard anything.I have screen shots of my winning bet. So I contacted them via WhatsApp. I've since dealt with 3 different agents, having to explain my query to each one. It's getting ridiculous and annoying now. I've sent screenshots of the winning bet. I want to escalate this with a higher body.
