Non payment of winnings from World sports betting

Hi guys I have the world sports betting app for a while now, I tried to withdraw from the app and it's been more than 4 days now and I still haven't received anything from them, at 1 st I tried to withdraw the money to my bank account but it was stuck on pending withdrawal for 2 days I was told to update my banking details which I did with the assistant from wsb online , but still nothing came through I then went to cancel the withdrawal and have sent via E-wallet and for 2 days it was stuck again 1st it was pending withdrawal, then it went processing payment now it shows no payment and I still haven't received anything from them looks like that transfer never existed R200 is gone I have tried to contact them via they online chat service but they are not even responding, so it seems like they ****med me and now I lost the R200 this is very poor service from them and it's now taking forever to get an answer out of them , please advise what should I do ?
