Messed up service

I placed numerous bets on the platform that Banyana Banyana would win without any hassles however when it's time to withdraw it becomes something else, I am told that multiple bets have been placed and so fourth, bearing in mind that should such an issue happen, usually the bet does not go through, I placed the same bet on different days, was on their live chat with 3 different consultants, first spoke to Mbali who so the issue and informed me that she had escalated it, then the funds were reversed again, I went back to the chat then I was on the line with Gopolang, who transfered the call to Thokozani who ****ed me off, didn't even give me a chance to respond to the nonsense he was telling, he just sent to texts at the same time, I work in a contact centre and I'm patient enough but such is definitely not on, had those bets been lost, then none of this would be happening, ITS PATHETIC!!
