Lack of competency

Loaded my BluVoucher and it's pending on WSB side which is supposed to load automatically when i entered the voucher number.I contacted BluVoucher and they told me that my voucher has been redeemed by WSB When I contacted WSB they told me that they are waiting for confirmation from BluVoucher.
