it is my money

I am and account holder 32182 I recently got employed by a financial institution and im not allowed to have this account. Now im told I cant close it and get my money these idiots are referring to me as mr and that was my late dad . I can get fired if I continue to have this account and im dealing with a funeral the make me send fica docs tilll im blue still not to get my money!!!
