Ignorance, BAD SERVICE

I have sent messages on all platforms email whatsapp and Facebook they don't respond. I just need my Fica documents to be verified withdraw my money , their agents on online chat they just leave the chat without actually assisting you. Unprofessional you feel stupid by sending so many messages only to be ignored
