I want my money from World Sports Betting

I have had a betting account with world sports betting from 2018 till recent and my challenge with them is they are unjust , ********* and *********** in their way of conducting business - this follows after numerous attempts of communication with them as they have dismally failed to provide solutions in regards to my money worth R50 000 that I deposited into their account on the 3rd of August 2023 , I have been sending them mails as my account has been under review via their risk management team and I have submitted all certified documents as per their request- shortly after that I got a payment of R4040 with reference: Wsb coming from them . To my surprise my money in their account is in excess of R50 000 so when I do a follow up unfortunately there’s no response from their end , I even took the initiative of sending them a live chat but no one is taking accountability on this matter . All I want from them is the remainder of the balance amounting to R45 960.00 nevermind my winnings they can keep them as I don’t want their money but want what is lawfully due to me . I want them to know that this is money that I have worked so hard for and I will do all means possibly recover my money from them . I want the world to know that this company is inconsiderate and potentially a **** is I do not understand why are they keeping quite with my hard earned money , if they are reputable sports betting company as they claim to be then they should just payback my money , that’s all .
