I want my funds

I have won R800 with them.. And when I wanted to withdraw the funda.. I have been struggling to get my documents with them Fica and approved.. And when it was finally approved, they do not want to give my funds. They are now having so much issue, they are talking about wager now.. I need to play the funds and then get the money.. They are give you bad service.
