Frustrated and Disappointed – WSB Needs Serious Improvement

I’m extremely annoyed and frustrated with WSB. Several hours ago, I processed a withdrawal and I’m still waiting for my funds. The worst part? Their customer service is practically non-existent. Agents are either completely unavailable or absolutely useless when they do respond. For such a recognized casino, the lack of support is unacceptable.

I’ve never had this issue with Betfred or TicTacBet — both pay out within 30 minutes, consistently. WSB needs to seriously improve their turnaround times and, more importantly, their customer service. This kind of poor treatment makes me question whether they even value their customers.
