FiCA PENDING APPROVAL
Good day I have a problem with the fica documents, I submitted yesterday & today same documents twice. When I do withdrawal am being referred back to Fica. I can only top up but can't withdraw. When I call I will be onhold til I run out of airtime, when I do live chat there are no agents available. I would like to knowhow long does fica documents tale to be processed at WSB
