I placed a multiple bet just over two weeks ago for R1500 to win R3211.74, ticket number 796820. My selections included Lions to beat the Cheetahs (1/10), NZL over France (2/11), AUS over Scotland (1/10) and lastly NZL to win the cup at 12/10. The system accepted my bet and thus I was at risk of losing should any team draw or lose based on the above selections. To my delight, all teams won their games and thus I was expecting a full payout! WSB paid me out BUT then to my disgust revoked the payout and debited my account for an odd amount of R2618.00. This is crazy!!!! They then sent me an e-mail stating that this was a 'related bet'.Firstly, it is unacceptable that their website could in the first place allow my bet to be placed. Note, the same bet could be placed at a bookie and it would be accepted. I was at risk for any other team losing and they would of happily kept my money - guaranteed! I have discussed this with two friends who are shareholders in competing businesses with WSB.Secondly, based on the system taking my bet and the odds shortening for the last leg, the last leg odds should then be adjusted worst case scenario and thus still paying me out.Speak to me WSB.
