Do not play with them

I had an issue with the call centre, due to bad attitude, and closed my account. I am such a fool to have went back and placed bets with them again. <br> <br> I recently started placing bets with them again, and this past weekend, I made several deposits to play the big horse races. Each time, I had to call them to find out where my money is, they gave me attitude. Rude, abrupt and a don't care attitude from their staff. When I asked to speak to the manager, they tell me the manager is not in. This is utter *******, as I work in a similar industry to this. There is always a senior on duty. <br> They have done nothing but cost me time, and the longer it takes for money to credit the higher the chance of missing a bet. <br> Each time I send an email to complain to their management, I need to send another 20 and wait for weeks before somebody gets back to me. I would advise anybody that is considering opening an account with them to check them out properly first and really consider the damages this could cause your betting experience
