Dissatisfied

I am so annoyed at this point. I bought 1ForYou voucher around 9pm yesterday. When I topped up my account, it showed that it didn't go through. When I tried again it said it has been used. I tried calling my provider before I called you, they said it was redeemed on WSB, but it doesn't appear on my account. I have been trying to contact you. I called, I sent a text with all the details on WhatsApp, no one is responding. I sent numerous messages and emails, even Live chat.... I couldn't get the help I needed.

What do you want me to do for you to assist me? Why the poor customer service? I'm so annoyed
