Disrespect, wrong information of betting and ignorance.

Firstly I have received no responses to my previous issue. I have sent emails to the national gambling board and the gauteng gambling board but no response there.

I can understand why they did not respond because they provided incorrect information and now can't explain or apologize.

They have a new offering called a prive points, I have redeemed my points but still no joy in receiving it. I tried contacting them twice and still no response.

Are they not meant to answer to someone, thus is ridiculous and it's obvious they don't care.
