Disappointed Customer

I am really disappointed with the way World sports betting treats their customers I can't seem to change my phone number on their website I called them at the call centre and was told that I should send my documents through which I did so which was 3 days ago and another consultant told me to send the same documents that was already sent to them ...I went to the branch to withdraw but was told to do so online what is the point of having branches where you can't withdraw yet Hollywood bets you can go and withdraw from your account anytime now I'm still waiting for my account to be sorted out and still has not ......very very disappointed with World sports betting....this is my first time withdrawing from them
