Customer Service Has Gone Downhill at World Sports Betting

World Sports Betting used to be excellent when it came to customer care, but lately, they’ve completely dropped the ball. They are no longer responding to customers, and even their support email (***) bounces back with a delivery failure — referencing an unrelated address (***), which makes no sense.

It feels like WSB has either grown too big to manage customer support properly or is severely understaffed. I currently have bets that have been sitting in “Pending” status for weeks without any resolution — and that’s just one of several concerns I have.

Extremely disappointed.
