Club Prive False No Rewards Ever & Justin

For the past week I've been waiting for a promotions manager named Justin to contact me to discuss my account and prive status which accumulated to bronze from the entry and i have also screenshotted the upgrade and transactions confirming that indeed my account is promoted but on the 1st it magically goes back to the entry level which is orange and I call in 4days in a row already and Justin tells his staff hos Busy and I must wait for his call or email response with feedback and no email reply or single call or answers to resolve my query is discussed with me and I will be taking a complaint for this to the gambling board and share the pathetic service i get from wsb on all platforms and social media to let other clients be aware of the false services and rewards program they claim to offer but make excuses daily to avoid actually providing the service they claim to offer
