Cash send should be immediately, should it not?

Very disappointed in WSB I Have been with them for a good handful of months and I am winning but the cash out its just pathetic. Why does a cash send take so long? I have been waiting now since 11. Messaged them, to ask what's going on because I never got a message... to receive my cash ans they said the bamk sms was never received.... ***. Now I have to wait again. What next excuse are they going to say next. Its not alot of money so I don't know what the hold up is to s3nd one measly cash send message. Some people actually do need the small amount cash they withdraw immediately for emergencies.
