Bad service

I made a deposit of R3000 and spoke to an agent on whatsapp who confirmed that am going to get my withdrawal. He didnt check if i opted in or check the accounr. Few minutes later I get an email saying I opted in on a promotion and that i cant get my money. The agent didn't even follow the process to check. Poor service given
