Aviator Cheat

Hi

I played a double wager on Aviator earlier today. Playing consistently every round and the game worked fine. Losing bets one way. The suddenly the plane flies high. I cash out on both bets. The plane keeps flying and my account is not credited. Once the plane crashes and error message comes up and says something went wrong.

With response from your consultants that there was nothing wrong with the game. This is utter nonsense when we lose it does not do this with but when we win big u get this error.

Im very irritated with how this matter was dealt with. I want my account credited with my winnings. I have sent the details to your consultant.

This seems like a cheat. Because why would it not do this when winning small.

Can my issue be resolved very urgently
