any excuse not to process your withdrawal

I have excuded myself but yet they allowed me to make a deposit. so without playing placing one wager I try to withdraw my original monies without and bonuses and so forth and they won't allow me to with draw my money. 4 phone calls over 3 days and 6 emailss and I'm getting told that I have to bet 5x my deposit befre i can make my withdrawl.??

Fir crying out loud, I have done a self exlcusion, You should never have taken the deposit??

Now you telling me i must wager 5 x to be able to cashout?

What a ****** joke, then after all that some other bright spark tells me they can process my withdrawl for a 5% admin fee.
