Account Suspension - *******ly

Please note that my account (640097) was fica'd long ago . I deposited my own money yesterday and won and wanted to withdraw my money I won which has lead to my account being suspended *******ly! According to your terms and conditions ( see below) , I am not in breech of anything which gives you the right to suspend my account which had a balance of R1000 won with my own money I deposited.

Account Cancellation

World Sports Betting reserves the right to cancel an account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to the Player. Any balance in the Account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to the Player's account should this be deemed the final outcome. Any ***** related funds may be locked or reversed at the discretion of World Sports Betting. World Sports Betting reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to lock any accounts, void any winnings and confiscate any account balance in the Player's Betting Account in any of the following circumstances:

3.1.1 If the Player has more than one active account.

3.1.2 If the name on the Player's Betting account does not match the name on the credit card(s), or other banking methods used to credit the betting account.

3.1.3 If the Player participates in a promotion and cashes in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;

3.1.4 If the Player provides incorrect or misleading registration information;

3.1.5 If the Player is not of legal age: Only Players who are legally permitted by their country or jurisdiction can participate in online gambling. Under no circumstances will World Sports Betting be held responsible for legalities implemented by any Player's specific jurisdiction.

3.1.6 If the Player has allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on his/her Betting Account;

3.1.7 If the Player has not played with World Sports Betting on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (i.e. the Player has played in a professional sense or in concert with other Player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);

3.1.8 If the Player has "charged back" any of the purchases made with his/her credit card or any other purchase method whatsoever on his/her Betting Account;

3.1.9 If the Player is found cheating or if it is determined by World Sports Betting that the Player has employed or made use of a system designed specifically to defeat the Bookmaker;

3.1.10 If Players are found to be linked to one another via hardware, financial accounts, I.P addresses and/or suspicious trends;

Internet gambling may be ******* in the jurisdiction in which you are located; if so, you are not authorised to use your payment card to complete the transaction. However any bets accepted from such jurisdictions will stand, win or lose.

By registering, the customer is deemed to have accepted....

NB: As per above declaration WSB ,I am not committed anything wrong which may deem my account to be suspended!!!

I want my money I won farely and my account unsuspensed immediately.

Please also note that I will formally open a charge against WSB of theft if this matter is not resolved today!

Also not , that I have reported yourl to your Gambling Board and that they are CC'd on this email.

I expect my money (R1000) immediately and my account unsuspened!
