Account on Hold

Iam Nontethelelo Mthiiyane.I ficad my account on the 1st of February and made a deposit of R1000 and played so far have R3800/RR3800.I woke up to a message that says my account is on hold.I have sent all the documents needed and now they are saying 1 of their agents tried to call me.I have been sending to Risk Management all the documents Eben proof of my deposit the 1 voucher..The deposit is my money .They said it's routine security check.its area week account if ficad then after deposit and playing it's on hol.This is just s way of ****ming people.Bad service from wsb even after sending g an e.ail for someone to contact me nothing.I want my money then they can close their stupid account.I regret signing up with worldsportsbetting.co.za
