Absolutely appalling - horrible customer experience

They do not deserve a star at all. All I can say is they are world class excuse makers. Beware in-running markets, they freeze markets deliberately, hence preventing cash-outs and sometimes the market simply disappears. They have no business ethics whatsoever and mitigate risk whilst doing the above. They do not compromise or take accountability. There are many bookmakers to choose from, make the wide choice, steer well clear of these guys.
