I placed an order for an Adidas Drive 3.4 Padel Racket – Grey on the World Pro Padel website. My order was confirmed, and I received an email stating that nationwide delivery would take 5–7 working days.

To date, I have received no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and the parcel has not been shipped.

I then attempted to contact the company and discovered the following:

The contact number listed on the website does not exist

Emails sent to the listed email address bounce back and do not exist

The physical store location stated on the website (Cavendish, Cape Town) is not accurate

There is no way to get hold of anyone at this company

Based on this, I strongly believe this website is a ****. Payment was taken, but there has been zero communication, no delivery, and no legitimate contact details.

I am extremely unhappy and feel completely misled. This has been a waste of money, time, and trust.
