World Of Wellness Somerset West

Unfortunately after hoping that World Of Wellness would be better than Ignite they have proved that they are even worse when it comes to their accounts. After having told them 3 times to remove the banking details on my account, seeing it being deleted on the system and paying for a new years membership upfront with WOW, they keep uploading the details to my account and debiting the account which does not belong to me. After endless requests and all the paperwork they request for the refund was given the person still has not been refunded. I keep having to go in as they never call you back, even after being told 7 times now they will call me back. The best is I put a review on Facebook and they removed the reviews section and blocked me from the Facebook page, guys I was hoping for better from you guys and gave you so many chances.
