Faulty solar batteries

I bought 2 gel batteries from them in may 2023 .December 2023 they where working for only 1 hou r .previously they worked for 8 to 12 hours.i call them to report the matter .i managed to take them back in march They said they will fix them I got them back they were worse.i couldn’t even switch on a light bulb.i called again to report.they said I must bring them back to be exchanged .

When I arrived they changed their story saying they won’t exchange but take them back to the supplier again and when the come back they will try to sell them and I will add money for a new lithium battery.i got a call from them that I must come and get them they won’t sell them .

I paid R9000 for batteries that worked few months and now it must be my problem because the supplier is not doing anything about them .firstly I bought from them not the supplier.secondly I spend money goin up and down with the batteries that I paid but they don’t want to accept that they sold faulty batteries
