Faulty batteries

I bought 2 batteries at Sunpower April 2023 .December 2023 batteries were dead I took them back to the store in march they returned the same dead batteries to me I took them back for the second time promising to fix them but I got the same dead batteries back . I contacted the repair center of Sunpower but I haven’t receive help from them . I’m stuck with R9000 worthless batteries and they are ignoring my text
