don't purchase solar power items from them or at least hope it never breaks down or is not faulty- no after service.

where to start, bought inverter, solar panels and battery from these guys, the battery is faulty -returned it mid May 2025- to date I am still waiting for the battery. Needless to say through all this there is little to no updates, I have to follow up and when one does met with such condescending and attitude riddled lack of service. I am still waiting and all I want is my refund if I could return all their items, as they do not care for customers- or maybe it's a certain kind of customer they chose to disrespect like this. As I sit I don't have battery and or my money back - no response my calls are unanswered and when they are its we will take a message.

So be warned about after service when dealing with this company, its non-existent or like I said maybe for some people then.
