DO NOT BUY FROM WORLD OF SUNPOWER

I bought a 5KVA solar system from this company on 30 September 2023. This system was installed the following day and couldn't connect or read panels. Since am in the NorthWest but work in Bloemfontein it was difficult to return the inverter timeously. Eventually was able to take back the inverter on the 27 Dec 2023. On the 19th January they called me to come and collect the inverter which I did and the electrician immediately the same day he I stalled the unit. Only to find that it still doesn't read the panels. We communicated with the technician by the name of Prince. Prince on the day of collection I asked him to check the inverter and he refused saying that they checked it from the manufacturer. Now it is damaged due to fire and my house almost burned down. South African please be careful and avoid buying from WORLD OF SUNPOWER. The after service is bad
