Utterly Appalling Service

Upon viewing the World of Glamour website, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the website, was in actual fact one of a local company. Its appearance had been deceivingly legit to a lay person such as myself, judging by the quality of the pictures displayed, as well as the wonderful comments from seemingly impressed customers. I had then proceeded to order a dress which was in excess of R700, paid the purchase price, and awaited delivery, however, much to my dismay the package did not arrive, I made numerous attempts to inquire about the whereabouts of the package, but this was futile as every response presented a new excuse as to why my order was yet to be received. About 2 months later, and many emails which made it appear as if I had been an intolerant and impatient customer, I was informed that my order would no longer be fulfilled, and that I would be refunded. It has now been approximately 4 months, and I still await my refund, which no doubt would be an entirely new feat of frustration which I must now undertake in order to get my own money back. This entire process has proved to be a massive inconvenience, and a colossal waste of money and time!
