3 weeks and still no feedback!

I've ordered a throttle cable 3 weeks ago. I was told it will take 2 -3 working days to be available. I've phoned about 2 times a week for the past 3 weeks.<br> It seems that every time I phone, the order still hasn't been placed. Promises are made to call me back and give me an update but up to date I'm still waiting for a call.<br> I can't even escalate this to their Head Office as this branch is their Head Office!<br> Very poor service to say the least!
