Worst Courier company EVER !!
I have been waiting for my Samsung VR Gear since it was dispatched on the 16th of March. Called the call centre and now they said it has been returned for some reason, the courier guy never pitched, two different guys were dispatched. No one pitched up, and now they said that maybe I must come and collect it at the depot. This is the worst company ever with the most horrific service. Samsung made a HUGE mistake by letting them do the deliveries as their clients are not able to enjoy an item you purchased the phone for.
