Worldnet Express has a rude individual

I called Worldnet Express in regards to my Samsung rewards parcel. I spoke to the lady very politely and just asked about my parcel. She then started to get irritated because apparently so many people are calling about their gifts which is not my fault. I then said thank you for your help after she went off at me and then she just slams the phone down in my ear. There's absolutely no need to be such a rude individual. If you don't like your job get a new one
