World Net Express causes loss of business
An urgent parcel was given to World Net Express on Wednesday which was suppose to reach me on the latest Friday. What is the use of making specific delivery notes if the driver don't even bother reading it. In the note, i instructed them to phone me when they reach my office (place of delivery) after office hours. The driver turned around and drove back to Polokwane when he found no one at the place of delivery as he did not read the delivery instructions. I followed up at the Jhb branch a couple of times. The lady assured me it will be sorted out and if my parcel is not delivered that same night, i should phone their Jhb branch the following morning, which i did. Needless to say, i have still not receive my parcel and my customers are furious at me for \also leaving them with empty promises". This cost me my reputation and my valuable customers."""
