Where is my parcel
I have Waybill # of HC17994 and when I track it says my parcel was dispatched at 12:12:07 today(22-06-2018) I am writing this review at 16:10 and I get that Cape Town is big but no way in he** it takes more than 4 hours(and in counting) to get something from 1 point in the city to another.
This is insanely bad service, or at least don't say that the parcel is shipped so I have 0 expectations.
