Use any other courier service besides World Net Express
The worst courier service I have ever experienced. The parcel was meant to be delivered about a 40km distance (JHB to JHB). I called to inquire about the delay to which I was told it got misrouted to Cape Town. Then once it arrived back in JHB, I was told for 3 consecutive days "you will receive your delivery today", which I obviously did not.
They failed to deliver it again and again and I only finally received it the following Monday and the parcel was damaged (likely from numerous on-loading and offloading). I would not recommend World Net Express to anyone. They don't even deserve one star.
