Samsung Delivery - SAMVR02783

To Who it may Concern @ Worldnet Express or perhaps prospective clients of them<br> <br> Despite calling the customer center several times during the period 17-26 March, I have unfortunately not taken receipt of my Samsung delivery to date. A number of commitments were made to call me back & deliver, none of which happened as discussed with the call center.<br> <br> I believe the biggest issue with this courier service is their inability to hand over information from one operator to the next. i.e. every time I call there is a need to provide the necessary information from scratch :-( The experience is very unpleasant, and simply unbearable.<br> <br> I see now today they tried to deliver, but did not call me on the cell phone first - as discussed & agreed to more than once during the week. Its particularly sad when I went to great pains to ensure that someone was in fact home all week to take delivery, and then on a Saturday they decide to rock up unannounced....without any arrangement???<br> <br> For this reason I am making this complaint, and will also communicate on all major social networks including but not limited to Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter & any other channel which will offer a platform to do so.<br> <br>
