No parcel received after 3 months.

I have received a parcel on 6 January, which turned out to be the wrong parcel. I called them, explained them exactly what went wrong the lady on the phone told me to email her so I did. They told me they will get back to me and never did. Few days passed I emailed them again(10 Jan) they told me they are still working on it. The 14th Jan they emailed me saying still no luck finding my item. Then on the 30th Jan I emailed them again asking about my parcel, due to them not contacting me back. Their reply Getting it sorted.??? Well it is almost March!!!! And I haven’t received my parcel yet, which is absolutely ridiculous! I WISH I had done my research before using this company.
